Some microdose should always be present. This also applies to unsaturated fatty acids, which also should not be abused.
Myth 3: Carbohydrates are only harmful. In this case, it is important to remember the quality. Rice, legumes or whole-grain pasta support the figure and at the same time will allow you to stay healthy. As an example, we would like to mention the highly effective “Rolls and Sushi” diet. Myth 5: All GMO foods are dangerous. There is no scientific evidence yet for this popular myth. The fact is that genetic engineering simply wants to make our lives easier in this way, not poison it with food. In reality, we should be aware of the composition of each product, and having “GMO” on the label is not a reason to worry.
